Period of validity

1.  The subscription period with Stockholm Tennis AB (hereinafter STAB) runs from 1/8/26 to 24/6/27 inclusive. 
2. Playing rights are  not valid on 24–25 December, and after 18:00 on 23/12, 31/12, 30/4 and 24/6.

Payment

1. The subscription fee to STAB must be paid before the invoice due date to Bankgiro 5822–0898. Missing, incorrect or late payment is equivalent to termination of the contract.
2. Payment of the subscription in instalments per term is possible by agreement with STAB and is charged at SEK 500. In this case the customer undertakes to pay the remaining amount no later than 1 Jan 2026.

Termination and transfer

1. At the end of the contract period the subscription is automatically extended unless STAB or the subscriber has given notice otherwise. If payment of the new invoice is not made, the subscription is terminated free of charge.
2. Subscription contracts cannot be terminated early, i.e. during an ongoing season.
3. STAB has the right to terminate a customer's subscription with immediate effect in the event of misconduct. STAB must issue a warning to the customer before termination can take place; in cases of gross misconduct, however, termination may take place immediately.
4. The customer has no right to transfer the subscription without STAB's consent.

Other

1. STAB undertakes to resell individual times released by the customer. For each time paid for by a third party, 75% of the total cost of the playing time is refunded. This is refunded in the form of a time-limited gift card that can be used as payment for casual court times at Stockholms Tennishall. Separate terms apply to refunds for commercial activities.

2. STAB has the right to buy back the customer's playing time during the contract period. Notice of this must be given no later than two (2) weeks before the time in question. The playing fee is then refunded to the bank account specified by the customer.
3. STAB reserves the right to freely dispose of contract times that have not been cancelled, without refund to the customer.
4. The specific court assigned to the customer in the contract may be changed by STAB to another court without prior notice.
